This story is really quite good. You kept to the characters really well (if that makes sence). I'm looking forward to reading more of your stories.

Good description, but you might want to work on balancing your tone a little so it's not so jarring to suddenly see such abstraction in the middle. Other than that, I loved it!

Just wanted to say you're an amazing writer. I loved this story and can't seem to get enough. :)

When I finished the Immortals series, I was both delighted to come away with what I knew would be one of my favorite romantic pairings, and feeling put out that there was only one book of them truly together. So naturally, I turned towards the fanfic community for some...expanding on the two, and in 'Declaration', I can say I found it.

Just this story in itself would have been enough, it is beautifully written, fast paced without an ounce of fat, true to the characters and Tamora's writing style, passionate without cheapening smut. You are brilliant.

This was great! I love the brass plate part. It's just so endearing.

I would think that Numair would have more experience with sex so he would know that there is a possibility of bruising but then again he is so in love with Daine that he could have this 'she can't be hurt at all under my watch' thing cause you did say at the beginning that he was a tad bit possessive so it would make sense. ANYWAY Good Story i enjoyed it.

wow, this is like... wow. I love the bit where hes all worried about hurting her. That's so Numair-ish. and the brass plate thing was a really good touch, it finished off the story nicely. well done!

ooh, so excellent. got to love numair/daine ;)- esp. loved the line 'how could treat a woman like crystal when it was her strength that you loved?'- but yeah, you do the romance wonderfully, great descriptive language and keeping up their characterization throughout with their dialogue. so very them. so very fun to read. great job :D

-Instead of that first "she'd" you're looking for "as"

"glorying in taunt muscle and bone"

-Taut, instead of "taunt"

Those are the only minor mistakes I noticed, and I didn't notice anything big or glaringly obvious.

"Even as he took command, dominating, she did as well, matching his desires—and more, allowing him dominance, the ultimate act of strength and trust."

This line really struck a chord in me... It pretty much sums up how I feel a good relationship should be. I don't know how to properly put it into words.. but you did. (Although I'm not entirely sure if strength is the best word.. I don't understand how strength has anything to do with it. Respect would be the one I'd choose. If you happen to read this, any chance you could send me an e-mail and explain?)

This was a very powerful piece. You put so much meaning into so (relatively) few words and I would imagine it speaks as deeply to anyone who reads it as it does to me. Good work.
