| grammar conscious possum chapter 15 . 1/6/2005 I like it, although (to my discredit) I've never read Peter Pan. Just a quick note - I think you're looking for "kewpie" doll, rather that "cupie" doll, in chapter 14. I don't think the kids sound too old (by the way by the way). The language they're using is fairly mature, but a lot of children have quite big vocabularies by the time they're seven or eight, certainly by nine. Particularly if they read a lot, and have a sister or brother to spar with! |
