So Kira is the black feathered angel, right?
If he is, than maybe he and Natarle should have a talk about his past after the incident with the amber eyes.
You could probably make Athrun wake up and see Kira (if kira is the one with the black feathered wings if not the n he can still see him) save him so he would know why it is always around him and then have the whole team spy or watches Kira by joining the school
Of course, Kira is probably gonna be lost so someone got to explain to him everything, Athrun should take care of it because he is close to Kira, so Kira wouldn't get scared and leave on his own because he doesn't believe and because of his fear so annyone that tried to kill Athrun wich I mean by that the cape figures of the fisrt time and the amber eyes couldn't captured or hurt Kira.
But having Kira captured by those who attacked could be a great thing because you could push forward the feelings of Athrun by making Athrun going to Kira's rescue and Kira could remeber only the moment he received Torii (if it's Athrun who gave him Torii, you can make it like if it was Athrun that remebers it while he is on his way and he could beg Kira to hold on and that he is coming to save him and then Kira remebers while unconscious and when he wakes up he could whispers something like he would ask for Athrun to save him or leave him so he wouldn't get injured or worse)

WHY DID YOU PUT NATARLE AS A RELATIVE TO KIRA. Thank Godness, you made her an oc, she looks a bit like Murrue though, but I don't care.
Say, did both Athrun and Kira lost their memories? 'Cause for a while it looks like it. (It's still Athrun that made Torii for Kira)
Great story, what will happen next, say say, I want to know, I hope you didn't gave it up, it would be so sad.

Honestly, I hope that both Athrun and Kira are alive and that not any of those two will die. I love them so much
