On a whim and the encouragement of a friend, I recently started rewatching Digimon Tamers, this time in Japanese with subtitles (already up to the point where we saw Dukemon, or Gallantmon as he's called in the dub) and it tickled my nostalgia bone so much, that I decided to come back and look at old Digimon fanfics, including this one...

...and I remember why I loved this story.

Of all the stories in your profile that I (re)read so far, if I had to pick one to see continued, this would be it. You came up with a clever way to put the events of Adventure, Frontier and Tamers in the same universe (even if the Frontier crew didn't step into the limelight by the time you stopped)

I ate up the interaction with the different casts like candy. The scene where Ken confronted Rika and played armchair psychologist with her was chillingly awesome, especially since he was able to get under her skin where his other teammates failed. Likewise, I find something cute and mildly sad about Veemon getting a one-sided crush on Renamon (and I don't mind if it stays that way). Plus that scene where Kari kissed Davis to "prove" he was over her was really clever (don't worry, I won't tell TK)

You managed to fit plenty of action, humor and feels into an epic crossover, to the point where I dare say I'm enjoying it more than the original series. I've only read one other set of crossovers in recent years that I'd honestly say improves on canon, so this story is indeed a diamond in the rough (and considering just how many fanfics there are on this site, that's a lot of roughness). Sure, it could use a beta-reader, but considering how much I'm gushing over this fic despite it's age, I don't personally consider that a turn-off (and in the infinitesimal chance you continue this story, I would be honored to beta-read it. I actually beta-read one of those other fanfics I mentioned).

It's really a shame that this story seemingly won't be continued, especially since rereading it gave me random ideas for suggestions for future stuff in the story (nothing too big mind you, just stuff for flavor). Even if you have no intention of continuing this story, I'd still be happy to PM you if you're just curious.

Impmon if he was not so proud he could be one of the strongest Digimon of this story, it is basically a mix between Naruto and Sasuke as a digimon.
