Your Lily reminds me a lot of Holly Golightly's character. Generally I'm not on board with this whole fanfiction enterprise (begs the question, what I'm doing here but that's another thing), but for me your vignettes could stand so well on their own, I'm more entranced when I forget these are someone else's creation, in someone else's world. I would buy this - you've made something your own here.

There's something gorgeous about this fanfiction - I don't know what it is that makes it so irresistible, because objectively-speaking, it's only 24 drabbles that consist mostly of dialogue. However, it is beautiful dialogue. You stopped updating and I thought that even if you did write another chapter again, it wouldn't feel right anymore, because of the lack of continuity. But with this chapter you proved me wrong, it felt like I had never stopped reading it, and the characterisation of Lily and Remus are spot on, as if your idea of them has never changed till now.

I must agree with the reviewer below - it's not the best nor the most perfect fanfiction I have ever read, but it is definitely my favourite.

Seeing this story updated is like having a childhood friend walk through the door. Some of your readers have grown up right along with it. Normally I try to leave reviews as if I'm in a workshop setting or something, but for this one I can't. It's like an old favorite movie, where you're afraid that a thorough critique might take away some of the magic you've assigned it for so long. That being said, it's still my favorite fanfic-not perfect, not the best, but still (and easily) my fav )

I've haven't read anything this good since who-knows-when. The only reason this story doesn't have at least 500 reviews by now is because RemusxLily isn't exactly the most popular pairing, and I doubt some will even bother to click on the link once they see that.

This completely changed my perspective on JamesxLily. Please update soon!

Omg, I never thought I would find another person who wanted so desperately for Remus and Lily to be together. You HAVE to keep writing this. It's the best story I've found so far. I've been sitting here for like three hours just reading all of it.

I'm only halfway through this and I know I'm going to put it on my favourites, and I know I'm going to write a Remus/Lily very soon, and I know Lily and James will never seem the same to me again. These drabbles, in which 10 lines deliver everything, have shown the main thing from the very beginning: Lily is Remus and Remus is Lily, she a child, senseless and strange and Remus the one who gets her. The whole plot [could I even call it a plot?] is like a dream, I read this and couldn't believe I found such a gem of a fanfiction. You're so good!

I love this, I love all of it. I love all the love and the devotion and absolute affection you've put into this. It's lovelier than love and more beautiful and a spring rose. You understand that Remus is not James and _that_ is what I find most enchanting about this story. When I read this it feels like I almost know the background that these snippets could have come from-or at least my head fills in the blanks for me.

I hope you continue these tidbits for my own selfish reasons and others, I'm sure.

Oh ...wow..I didn't want to read this, because I'm not a fan of the pairing but it's so brilliant..I do hope you keep writing, it's lovely and lovely. Out of interest, what gave you the idea for Lily/Remus?

I never leave reviews, but I just wanted to let you know how beautiful your writing is. No constructive critcism or anything helpful, sorry. I particularly love Remus and Lily, but I've also enjoyed many of your other forays into Harry Potter.
