I hope we will see more of this chronicle! I'm very much enjoying this alternate sequence of events and would love to see how it develops. Also the footnote and marginalia are a great touch and really give it that Tolkien feel of working from the actual chronicles. Fascinating ideas, and I hope we get to see them continue!

Very good story of what could have happened. Liked the part about Estel finally throwing the ring in the fire because he knew he could not give it to Arwin.
