alwaysbeen-alwayswillbe chapter 1 . 2/24/2012 Great story, I was rereading old LOST fics and I'm so glad the first one is as good as this one, and is about Charlie! Great job :) |
dharma-queen2342 chapter 1 . 12/30/2011 I really like this :) |
kab16 chapter 1 . 5/30/2010 So i decided to go to the last page of lost fanfictions and read some of the first ones. i really love this! the writing is really beaautiful. great fic! |
Lirazel chapter 1 . 6/20/2006 I love it. Absolutely perfect. |
Otto's Goat chapter 1 . 10/6/2005 Not a Charlie-fan, but this was perfect- kudos to you. Almost poetic in a minimalistic way. |
C chapter 1 . 10/23/2004 Sweet. I heart drabbles. |
Morbid Muse chapter 1 . 10/10/2004 Great job. You made the reader feel for Charlie even through such a short drabble. |
Schnoogles chapter 1 . 10/10/2004 Hey there! Nice little drabble - I've been watching this show religeously and can't get enough of it, and I love Charlie espesially. It's kinda sad that he just let the CD go. Poor insecure Charlie. Nice work! |
CelticFaerie2 chapter 1 . 10/9/2004 Very bittersweet. In so few words, you make the reader feel Charlie's pain right there with him. Very effective. Good stuff! |
Bologna Salad chapter 1 . 10/9/2004 This was very short, but you managed to put just enough emotion and feeling into it to make it a wonderfully powerful read. I would love to read more Lost fanfiction from you. |
BedTimeMonster chapter 1 . 10/9/2004 Every word has to count and a drabble, and you certainly kept that thought in mind while writing this. I know how hard short fics like this are to write, but you made it seem effortless! A very interesting way to look at Charlie and his one-time fame. I'm glad he let it go! Thank you! |
robo t chapter 1 . 10/8/2004 very good. short. to the point. a world where bassists from bands are unrecognized shows theres some hope left. |
The Bookbinder's Daughter chapter 1 . 10/8/2004 Very lovely. Every line is precise, yet poetic. You give a very clear picture of Charlie without rambling on and on about his emotional state. And it's in present tense, natch. Huzzah for present tense! One wee nitpick, though: the word 'disc', coupled with the fact that DriveShaft seems like it's supposed to be a fairly recent band, makes the use of 'LP' to describe it a bit jarring. I've always understood that unless someone was digitally remastering an older record, CDs were just called CDs, not LPs. Of course, I could be wrong. |
The Phantom chapter 1 . 10/8/2004 Very elegant. A great drabble for Charlie and his depressed thoughts. - Bravo! - ~ Phantom |
Brandytook chapter 1 . 10/8/2004 Aww, that was nice, to true, and really nice. |
