Please update this story, you are such a good writer it makes me forget the J.K herself isn't writing it. The way you write is so fluid and efficient making it seem as if you are right there with the characters and making you tense up whenever something with suspense happens. PLEASE UPDATE. Having done another reread of your story, it still holds up so well, and I always find myself leaning forward when I get to the final chapter. Ron's struggle to reconcile with his brother was a great contrast to the way the other Weasleys brought Percy back into their respective folds. All of the familial interactions were great to read especially with the change in Percy's personality and rebuilding from the rift that he doesn't know about. The mystery of his disappearance was also a great hook.

I know it's a slim shot since it's been so long, but is there any chance you have any existing notes about where this story was going to go?

I'm totally bummed that you seem to have abandoned this story.
