What counts, at the end of everything, is the human elements. That was what made this story a good one. It did justice to all the CSI characters. As a long time CSI fan, I thank you for treating ALL of them in such fair and honest manner.

Beautiful fiction. If you still get these messages- I am putting a wishful request for more GSR from you. I know I know- it's been awhile for you, and the show has definately changed. But- if you can find some inspiration somewhere to write more, then know that it will be well-recieved from you :)

It takes guts to do a real, honest CD fic, and you pull it off so well. Desperately sad, but it's how they'd act, and you have a thread of hope running through it. Nick would approve. ;)

I just found this story, and wow. I don't think I've ever cried so much while reading a fic. This was really beautifully done, so believable and heartfelt. I especially loved the ending with Grissom and Sara. Wonderful job.

Well, I never read character death fics. Scratch that statement since I just did. I'm glad that yours is the one I read though. It was incredibly sad but very well written. You did a terrific job and you ended it perfectly. I'm glad the Grissom did the eulogy. I hadn't given it much thought, but he was the perfect person to have done it. You did a wonderful job.

It's very sad. But of all the character death stories I've seen, this is by far one of the best, it is well written and you've got the characters pretty good.
