wow... Cloud REALLY went insane. and is VERY heartbroken.

Such an interesting take on Cloud's confusion of identities (and his at-the-moment messed up brain)! So intense for such a short story, like we're feeling Cloud's confusion. I typically don't like remakes of this scene, but this one is so unique. I love.

Wow... This was so utterly powerful. So very well written. I think it's one of the best examples of a Zack Death fic I've read. Really captured how broken Cloud was, and Zack's regret of leaving him behind. I was chilled by Cloud quoting Zack, showing how he'd had to hang onto his friend's every word so tightly during the experimentation and journey, that in his muddled mind the voice became his own. The snap at the end, in the mud and blood, was so powerfully written, so simple yet profound, so very tragic and sad...

For exceptional stories, I award the Anime Smile of Approval... and this I give you even though I'm far from smiling (in a good way!).

This was beautifully written. You did an awesome job with the imagery and Cloud's mental instability. The ending was creepy, beautiful, terrible... you get it. Wow.

Can you write some more Final Fantasy VII fanfiction?

Excellent scene here, you can really feel what Cloud's going through, sympathise with him really. Not being able to express such grief, and not even nature will allow him to cry. Gods. Faved!;_;
