I have one of those color-changing LED light things in my reading area. I also have a white sheet of paper in front of it to disperse the light it makes. It is a multi-colored-square-of-ever-shifting-colors.

Everytime I look at it, I'm going to be reminded of this story... Which is not a bad thing.

I had found this on another site before now but wasn't able to review so here it goes.

I absolutly love this story, I love the effects that the lights and the sounds have on Jack and Daniel and their internal arguments over what is happening are fantastically written. and ofcourse the out come is fantastic as well :-P oh Jack ever the sneaky one :-P lol great job!

I just started watching SG-1 (on season 2 now, on DVD), and I love the fact that there's so much Jack/Daniel fic out there to read :) And what a great story to start out with! Great characterisations, incredible, slow-building sexual tension, and enough humour mixed in with the drama to really draw the reader in. Great job, all around!

This story is, I believe, a credit to the Stargate genre, and also the fanfiction kingdom in general. So many stories have unbelievable characters, or the characters are so twisted and out of character that they don't even resemble themselves.

Thankfully though, there are those stories out there that you read and suddenly remember just why you're up at 3:50 am with a numb behind, sore eyes, and a test in four hours. Also, and I hope you don't mind, I've copied your story onto a cd, which I occasionally take out just so I can reread the stories on it.
