Well if you had to wimp out on the story this was the placeto stop! Merien will have to stay with Serenity because shes injured in the rescue. Wash and Zoe continue to fall under her spell, seeing her every day. Wash is especilly tied to her by those invisible threads! They eventually decide to adopt her. Then Zoe gets pregnant!

this is a real good story, sadly hiatus, but I can live with that, I know the pressure, I left a story of mine unfinished as well for the last 7 years... I keep telling myself I'll finish it one day.. we'll see if that day ever comes.

Oh dear. Before reading this I knew I was going to be so distraught knowing you haven't updated in so long. I do want you to know, however, that this is such a lovely tale you've begun and I do hope it gets finished.

I don't know if your still writing this, or if you have given it up to a permanent hiatus but it is a very interesting story, and i would love to see an ending.

AAAAAHHHH, this is SO. GOOD. Is there any chance you might continue this? The characters are all so right on, and the plot and the pacing are just like the show - oh, how I miss it! This is so excellent - just like an episode. Thank you for letting me return to Firefly, even for a little while. Fingers crossed for an eventual chapter 6!
