Fantastic... amazing... what other words can I use to describe how great this is? I enjoyed it more than you can imagine. And when Inuyasha lost his cool and punched Hojo! Fantastic! You “show” instead of “telling” which is pretty much the most important thing in writing (for me). I love this. Love, love, love.

This kind of premise could have made the story much angstier but at this point, I think the level of angst here was just right. Not too much to make it overly dramatic and drawn-out, and not too little that it would be unrealistic.

I love your writing style here, simple but used with the right syntax and diction, you have conveyed so much more meaning and emotion in just one sentence than most people have done in a whole paragraph.

I also love how you did this from InuYasha's perspective and the irony of Kagome being in the 'boy's' role while InuYasha turned out to be the 'girl' who got attached and affected in the end. The transformation of it was very believable (although... I don't think he would be 'in love' with a girl who he hardly knows anything about except the bare minimum. I would believe it more if he had a greatly deeply attached emotion with Kagome, but love? Not quite there yet. But since this is a one-shot, eh, what the hell.)

While it may be harsh to say this, Kagome's reasons for wanting love were too predictable and hence a bit anticlimatic. I'm sure that the one-shot would have too be much longer if you were to make her situation more complex but I just expected a bit more than that. But the whole story really was great so everthing else compensates for that.

Haven't read your fics in awhile. I'm not big on Inu/Kag but I always enjoy reading your stories. :) This one was great! I really loved it 3

Wow... After re-reading Kinda Wierd... I thought I'd read some of your other but completed stuff... I admire how you were able to write a one-shot that was complete but fairly short.

I love it, it's not often someone can wrap up so much drama in only one chapter, but you've done it perfectly.
