I know this was written years ago but I had just came across your story and had falling in love with it. Thank you for a excellent read!

I like the premise, and the storyline is great, but I'm not fond of how Duo is written. He seems kind of girly and weak. I know that growing up with a family as opposed to a street-wise orphan, he'd be a little naive, but he seems to faint or 'fall asleep' so randomly. Kinda like Lana Lang in 'Smallville'. I swear that girl had so many convenient bumps to the head I was surprised that she wasn't brain-damaged by the second season.

you know, i love reading this story. ive read it over and over so many times :P

have you wver concidered adding a sequel or something? :P

I *loved* this story. It was very cute, very tasteful, very well thought out, and very well written. I do agree that the final battle felt a little rushed but overall, it was excellent. I'd have to say it's one of the best stories I've read. Keep it up and if you like doing fun pairings, my fave is Duo/Quatre. If you get a chance to post one, I'd love to read it. :)

First of all you have a very lovely and brill fic and I continuously wonder why it is lacks the appreciation it deserves when for the quality of your fic you deserve more than a hundred reviews.

I absolutely love it. Your plot is simply fantastic with the twist and turns. It's practically a fairy tale for adults. I thought everything would be done as soon as Heero completes his remaining missing pieces of hearts. But you managed to awe me with the complexities of the story. I simply love Duo's stand between being a human being and a human prince in a fairy tale. I absolutely love Wufei here. He's less strict and a flirt and his chemistry with Quatre was unbelievable. To think that I'm a big 3x4 fan (although nothing beats 1x2). Relena's one way thinking of owning Heero is by awesome and your characterization gives off this notion that she is worth being evil. She is not one to be pitied and to be looked down and she almost proved it by killing Duo. The supporting characters are well developed that they can stand on their own. It's one hell of a masterpiece.

Loved it! Very good fic... it kept reminding me of Lord of the Rings for some reason, haha. The ending was sweet...even if I do love angst a lot, I'm not a big fan of sad endings, and I was worried Duo would stay dead. I'm glad everybody was brought back from the dead! )

Marvelous story. Great thought-out plots and splendidly written, though some of the plots was a-typical of a Fairy Tale story but hey, this IS a story that Duo wants a "Happy Ending" for ;)

I stumbled across this fic today while searching for a good Heero/Duo story. Your fic seemed pretty good so I decided to take a look... I was so enthralled that I read it from start to finish without a single pause ! - And here's my verdict :

This fic was just so DAMN AMAZINGLY AWESOME ! -

Seriously, many times while I was reading it, I thought : "Geez, somebody should really make a movie out of this thing !" I could just imagine it, it would be so great !I've rarely seen such a good story, and yet I feed on fanfictions for living ! ;; You truly have a lot of talent, I will surely be checking out your other stories very soon !

Anyway, to come back to this fic, I simply fell in love with it ! I have a thing for fantasy stories and this one was particularly good ! _ Action, adventure, magic, romance, tragedy, just the right amount of fluffiness and some scenes that just made me wanna cry, your fic had it all and even more ! - Oh and of course, a beautiful happy ending, because I'm a hopeless sap and not about to change ! _' I enjoyed every part of the tale and I wouldn't be able to criticize you even if I tried ! _ Great job !

This fic really impressed me (as you surely guessed by now... ;;) and I liked the long chapters, I truly had the impression I was reading a book, or even a novel. (hum, that's a good idea... you could make a book out of this... yup... a book and a movie... wow, you'll be rich in no time ! _~) Since I love to read, this another point in your favor !
