Reviews for Until the End
riparian chapter 1 . 12/26/2011
Absolutely wonderful. I know it's been a while since you've written this but know that there are people who still appreciate and enjoy great Lance/Gwen fic, and this was superb! Cheers, hope you're doing well.
Cat chapter 1 . 10/31/2008
This is so good! I would log in but I can't be bothered. Poor Guinevere.
JulesDPM chapter 1 . 2/25/2007
This brought several tears to my eyes! I liked Gawain's sage advice but most of all I liked your turn of phrase. It was very well written.
ezridax19 chapter 1 . 10/31/2006
Wow! I read this right after Revelations. I cried like a baby. No joke. This is only the second fic I have ever read that made me cry. You are a wonderful writer! This is one of the most beautiful fics I have ever read.
digiblue00 chapter 1 . 9/6/2006
*Sighs* that was so sad, but somehow I can imagine Lancelot really saying and meaning those things. Good job, you were able to portray the raw emotions of each character. Keep it up. When you can, hopefully you'll write a happier and if possible, longer fanfic (one that doesn't involve Lancelot's death..) :)
euphemismsgalore chapter 1 . 1/9/2006
Your stories just grab onto me and linger. Brilliant as ever.

Particularly these lines:

"Rootless in death, even as in life."

"Intelligence and courage are impossible to tame."

"There is always time," he told her. "It just doesn't like to wait."
Sam Fisher's Wife chapter 1 . 4/2/2005
I was little bit reluctant to read this sequel because I loved Revelations, and I didn’t want to read about Lancelot’s death and Guinevere’s dealing with it by Arthur’s side. But I couldn’t help my self and I must say I’m not sorry at all. This may sound lame, but I actually cried while reading some parts of this story. I’m not the person who cries very easily and here I am wallowing over imaginary characters. I can’t help it when you make them so real in your stories. I have the urge to copy paste the whole story in this review, but I will restrain myself and just quote one part which was the first I just couldn’t resist to copy paste, the one where you drew a parallel between Guinevere and the hawk.

("I saw Iseult," he explained, nodding to the bird who had not moved from beside Tristan's grave. "For certain Tristan did not want her to linger. He meant her to be free after his death." Gawain shook his head and chuckled softly. "He did not understand his own appeal."

"Indeed he didn't," Guinevere agreed. "He was a unique soul."

"He was." Slowly, Gawain knelt at the foot of his friend's grave. "She is not a tamed bird," he explained to Guinevere, not taking his eyes from Iseult. "Tristan would never have imagined taming a wild creature. It was more like they found each other when one needed the other. I don't know how it worked; much about Tristan was a secret, his relationship with Iseult not least among them." He smiled. "Perhaps she thinks he needs her now, to shepherd him beyond the veil.")
Diana chapter 1 . 1/23/2005
Fantastic story. Cried my heart out. You are a great writer.
sweetdarlin chapter 1 . 12/31/2004
Wow..all I can saw is wow. I've only cried twice now while reading a FanFiction. This one of those times. The way you describe everything is so amazing, all the emotion, etc. I love your writing. Please keep up the fabulous work (especially King Arthur and Lost)!
Siren's Call chapter 1 . 9/27/2004
Oh! You already wrote the sequel! Cool beans! This story is just so beautiful! The dialouge is so poetic! I wish Lancelot hadn't died. It's just so unfair. I love your work!
PadawanMage chapter 1 . 8/12/2004
That...was just so wonderfully sad...poignant...angsty...and several other SAT words I can't think of at the moment...

You really know how to write so visually, no to mention how you evoke so much emotion...that last paragraph with the snowflake and fickering an dying?...wow...

Loved how Lancelot understood how if Guin can't live to the fullest, it would eventually hurt Arthur...a true friend to the end...
anonymous chapter 1 . 8/5/2004
i loved it...and i'm still crying as i type this. it was great, very beautifully written.
queenahems chapter 1 . 8/4/2004
I was and still am overly estatic to see you post the sequel.

It was simple, poignant and so deep in meaning that I truly took great delectation in reading. It still seems so surreal, to see such two fantastic knights die, and causing so much heartbreak to a certain future Queen.

*sniffles*

Write more? :D
anonymous chapter 1 . 8/4/2004

Berne chapter 1 . 8/4/2004
