Love the story!

Please write more. Some people have been waiting years for this fic to continue.

You need a scene where they cant keep their hands off each other. The frat rules are off for the mission.

so wish you would write more really funny story and good plot.

I came across this fic a few weeks ago, and added it to my favourites, but have only actually managed to sit down to start reading it now.. and I am already hooked. You had me by the end of the first conversation between Daniel and Jack. I could just picture him not listening to a word his friend said, and yet not really caring; very reminiscent to the scene in Window of Opportunity!

The interactions between the team are in keeping with the show which I find to be one of the most important things when reading a fic. It makes the fic a lot easier to read and a lot more credible if you can relate to their personas on the show. For instance, I’m a huge Jack/Sam shipper, so like the show, it’s often the small things in their interactions which say the most. I enjoyed how you moved effortlessly from their casual flirting and jibes to each other, to the way Jack told her to take the apple and toast and ‘eat on the run’. It’s very thoughtful (and dare I say it, cute) of him to do so.. Like I said, it’s the small things which help paint their characters and feelings towards the other.

Ooh, Major Davis and Agent Barrett. I *may* have a bit of a soft spot for Davis. What can I say? Usually when the NID gets involved, the proverbial is about to - or has already - hit the fan, and it seems no different here. I can just anticipate how interesting things are about to get for them all. Also, I love how the meeting turns out to be about a potential Goa’uld Queen on Earth, and Jack’s main concern at the beginning is as to how Daniel remembers their mission details!

I’ve read a couple of fics based on the whole ‘Jack and Sam must work undercover as a married couple to rid out the bad guys’ fics before and have been left a bit disappointed by them. I think it’s because they usually become quite cliched and predictable early on, or the characters start to act totally out-of-character that it becomes difficult to relate to. Somehow though, I know I’ll not be left disappointed with this story. Going back to what I said earlier, I’m already hooked and your storyline and character portrayal are bang on the money.

Now, I just need to find some time to read the next chapter...
