Oy! After all that and it's not finished yet! Sorry I've been absent for the better part of like 3 years. I really enjoyed your story. I particularly enjoyed Sirius' and Regulus' interactions with one another. It gave me something new that I never thought about before. I know it's been a long time and you're probably not even into fanfic writing anymore but perhaps you can somehow finish this. It seems like you're close now. I do plan on finishing mine no matter how long it takes. Gotta have that closure, you know? Anyway, I hope you're doing well! I want to know what happens during Sirius' lessons! Oh by the way you contradicted yourself on Rose's class. First McGonagall said she was going to be teaching Charms but then Rose was researching potions.

Let me just say - BRILLIANT! I loved the story. Every character is really well built. Sirius' character is really great, but so is Remus'. The small number of scenes he has come in, he is not just studious, but he is a marauder too! But I have some issues with it too.

First: Lily comes out as very immature and petty when it comes to James. And James comes out to be completely devoid of self-respect when it comes to Lily. He is definitely not the same as you portray him during adventures. If you lose your own self, then how can you love? If there is no "I", you can't say "'I' love you". I didn't like the romance in this story. Most of the times, I read skipping every other sentence/para. Some of them were downright embarassment to James' character. The way you have portrayed their relationship, it feels like, this James will be there for Lily through every thick and thin, but this Lily will turn her back on him at the drop of a hat. I never felt the depth of her emotions. I wouldn't trust her in a relationship. Please let her realize that she can't go on without appologizing to James for some of her behavior!

Second: Snape didn't know about marauders being animagi (barring Remus of course). He wouldn't have kept it from Dumbledore having such a fantastic opportunity to get marauders expelled (even imprisoned). The evidence from canon is Snape and Sirius' dog form are in the same room at the end of book 4. Dumbledore asks Sirius to transform and until then, Snape didn't know. Also, in the 5th book, Sirius is resenting the house-imprisonment and explains Harry that he is useless for outdoor work for the Order as "Wormtail would have told Voldemort about him being animagus".

Other than that, this story is FANTASTIC! All the adventures are so imaginative! I especially loved the Guardians. The idea and their dialogs! Hilarious! The potion for insanity sounded so canon. It was a great bit of creativity. You really have a knack of story telling (including romance - that it gets on my nerves means it's causing me to react). I see that you are getting a review after a long time. So hopefully, this will assure you that some people are still reading it and would VERY MUCH like to see updates. Please continue writing!

Your story was absolutley brilliant! I loved it! One question though...what ever happened to the whole hand thingy,and Brent? I really hope you continue until Lily and James' Death...this is one of my fave stories!
