Umm... this might seem like an awkward personal question, but do YOU have a relationship with your father? It just seems like you're trying to write this story from the perspective of a girl who grew up without a dad, and, speaking from experience, it just seems all wrong. I mean, maybe it's different depending on the person, but for me... From what I've learned over the years, you can't really miss what you've never had. It was never sad, or depressing. It just was. My mom was enough. I didn't need anyone else. Really, the most emotion I ever felt over it was looking at my friends, and seeing that they all had dads. I wondered if there was something wrong with me. But then I learned that I could get out of father's day activities in class by pretending to cry in front of the teacher, and I was glad I didn't have a dad. Hahaha. When my mom got remarried, I was so pissed off, because it was like this random whatsisface walked in and said, "now you have to do what I say." I was happier without a father figure.

In any case, Yuta's mindset just seems bizarre to me. It doesn't seem natural. In comparison, Inuyasha's (non)relationship with HIS father is highly more believable. I was able to identify with him a lot when I watched the show. (As a side note, I also identify with Sesshoumaru a lot as well. I'm also an older half-sister xD And I beat my little brother up all the time. There's just something so gratifying about it.) Try and take Inuyasha as an example, and modify Yuta after him :) Also, it'd probably be hilarious. Can you imagine him getting a dose of his own medicine?

First I love the story(: second u know I feel like the reason she left will be something like the movie what a girl wants with Amanda Bynes when the mother left because she thought she was in the way of Henry while he was running in power. What the fuck is wrong with people? Can't they just I joy the story without making huge conclusions for the end? It's a nice story just the way it is. A good plot twist and not too much drama.

I love reading this, it's well put together, the structure is great, and it seems so much like if he really had a daughter. Didn't really like the Kagome part with Hojo, seemed a bit out of character, but how else was Yuta going to find out?

Usually I'd pass up this kind of story because it's not focused on Inuyasha and Kagome, but I'm LOVING IT!

I haven't gotten to the part where Kagome and Inuyasha meet up again but I CAN'T WAIT! :D
