Shortie23 chapter 19 . 9/13/2012 beautifully done! I was in tears when I finished reading this. Mercy has to show up in Spira or the Farplane, right? |
buddyzmama chapter 38 . 9/20/2010 I stumbled on your stories and read them both tonight-I liked the original version of the story, and really hope that you can finish the new version sometime-I think it will be even more beautiful and moving than the first one. (And I hope your move went well!) |
DamnBlackHeart chapter 38 . 1/15/2010 Wow, you've been busy or at least from your last chaptered you've accomplish a lot and I'm sure you still continue to do so since it's been a few years because of your last update. This chapter is awesome, and so it the story. The only thing I do suggest is adding more spaces between the dialogue since it's clumped up and makes it harder to read. Anyway, I'll patience wait for the next update but I do you won't abandon the story though! It's too good to be left unfinished. |
Tears of a Dark Moon chapter 38 . 7/1/2008 I absolutely love this story and I wish you would complete it. It's to good of a story to be left unfinished. Please finish it. I really want to know what happens to Auron and Mercy |
queenofspades19 chapter 38 . 6/30/2008 i sincerely loved this story and hope you one day complete it |
The Vincent chapter 38 . 3/25/2008 I have no idea what has happened in the past 3 years but I will cry in my sleep if I don't find out the ending to this wonderful story. |
Noelani Avantrix chapter 1 . 4/3/2006 Beautifully written story so far, I love the visions you've added for the celestial weapons. It adds so much more depth and history to the weapons instead of just the mini-games and such that need to be done to get them. One minor concern though. Later in the story it seems like Auron and Mercy go through a detailed sex scene practically every other chapter. It feels like you're overdoing it a bit. The scenes are well written, but having so many, so close together tends to distract attention away from the main plot. Just mentioning that they go off alone at night frequently would have been enough to show how "active" they've been. |
Shadowsage Hopesong chapter 38 . 10/26/2005 About time I finally got back to this website. Again, Milady, wonderfully written. Auron and Mercy remind me of a couple in one of my pieces of fiction I've been tinkering with for a long while... and now they get to serve as a bit of inspiration. I love the depth you've added to the charachters- thank heavens for the flexability of FFX's post-Zanarkand plotline. Interesting stories about the Summoners- makes me wonder where Lulu's Cactus Knight came from, since the game makes no referance to any kind of Black Mage Summoner- though I can;t see it as being an impossibility, just an extreme rarity. and I'm curious about Rikku;s Godhand as well- but triply so over what will happen with the Masamune. |
Robert Falcon chapter 38 . 9/15/2005 Greetings! Finally found the time to read through the whole thing. It's excellent, and I can see a lot more details then in the first version. You're doing a fantastic job, and it's well worth the wait between chapters. I look forward to seeing the rest of the story. Keep up the superb work! |
LM11 chapter 1 . 8/21/2005 Love this chapter, but most of all I wanted to be review 100 _ -Lisa |
RJtheClown chapter 34 . 8/18/2005 Just because that woman spreads her legs for that so-called ‘legendary guardian’, Lulu blocked her mind from her own offer to that same man to perform the same service, and his insulting refusal, does not mean she knows anything of how to be a guardian, or is worthy of the least respect. Oh! Then he picked up a whetstone and began to sharpen his sword. So that’s what they’re called. She dropped a warm, gentle kiss on his lips, and then she turned and left the room. That’s nice. The mage started to purse her lips into a tight smile of disbelief, but the swordswoman caught the expression halfway and killed it with a single sentence. Another excellent sentence. But he’ll follow after you forever if he thinks he has a ghost of a chance. If you decide he’s not for you, I do think you owe it to him to set him free. He’s a good man,” Mercy finished. You’ve got to love Wakka, like an obedient dog. What is it with this place? Auron is right; the dead should not interfere with the living. But doesn’t anyone ever let the dead rest in peace? That’s a good point. There is so much death in Spira that you’d think the people would accept it. But they’ve all got a cross to bear. “And you resented the hell out of me for taking your place,” Mercy finished for her. “Yes, I did,” Lulu agreed, her face coloring with shame. “And you did it so easily, and I could not understand why, or how, until now. That made it even worse.” It just boils down to the fact that Mercy is more experienced, then. Ah, the self-importance of some mages! “But if you mean, do I ever want to knock some sense into his head, then the answer is yes, of course I do, and frequently. And you will, too, no matter how much you love the man you do choose, whether it’s Wakka or someone else.” Oh God, the only thing they agree on is that men are morons! How in the hell am I supposed to catch a full-grown Ronso if he falls? Why is Kimahri so short compared to Biran and Yenke? Every time Kimahri’s legs shifted, Wakka made a noise like he was the one who was going to pass out, or throw up. Ha! “Ragor turn, see lightning strike from sky, start in north, strike one tower, then next, then next, then all towers, like now. Men cheer.” In the game, Maechen explains that an Al Bhed engineer named Bilghen created the towers, but was fatally struck by lightning before he could finish the last one. The travel agency is known as the Bilghen memorial travel agency. Kimahri bowed his head, in silent respect for Lord Gandof’s guardian. End Chapter Thirty-Four. Okay, that was a decent chapter. I enjoyed the tension resolved a little between Mercy and Lulu. That’s been building up since, well, the chapter with Lulu’s failed seduction. Good job! -Ryan |
