Thank you for giving me the heads up that this fic was out there. If it was possible, I think that this fic was just as good as the first one. What I really liked was how you were able to make Kody appealing to your readers. Because truthfully? The first chapter I knew that these two were gonna hook up and I was kinda against the idea. After all-I had just read Convince Me, and I was in no state of mind to want Riddick to move on. But you managed to make Kody appealing, even likable. And I was absolutely floored at how realisticly their relationship evolved. It just was right. And though I would have killed to have Jack come back from the dead-I think that this sequel turned out better without her. STILL! I am glad that you made Riddick cling to her memory-although it made it harder for the readers to like Kody-it made us relate more with the Big Bad. This was a great fic! And I enjoyed as much as the first.

im lazy and dont reiew as much as i should. im really enjoyingthis fic so far because no matter what i try to imagine is going to happen, you surprise me and then leave me hanging. i need to put you on my little author alert thingy. im a babbler so ill just say, im enjoying it, cant wait for the next chapter. i still miss jack though, but sarge s growing on me, especially since riddic seems so taken with her. whatever makes him happy is cool. keep up the good work

Oh so spiffy. I'm sorry I haven't reviewed any of the chapters before this one, bad habit of mine. I loved Convince Me and was so sad you killed Jack! But I like fics when they take place in Slam and this one is spiffy cool. I didn't want to like Sarge at first since I missed Jack but she's cool now and I can't wait for your next chapter! It's so good!

hm... i love your story so far and i really want riddick to have his happy ending, but i dont know if this sarge thing with sarge is really whats right for him. it could be, but in my opinion hes taking things very quickly with her and every time he thinks of jack he tries to push her further and further from his mind, though thats not sarge's fault and she's not rushing him. i just dont know here... i think riddick might have some regrets later on. please keep going so i can know what happens because im very intrigued

I'm SERIOUSLY impressed with this fic and it's prequel. You're talent for writing is evident, especially in how you set the scenes and their atmosphere. Your characterization of Riddick is dead on, but with your own uniqueness added in, fleshing him out further. Gotta say tho, I hope this one has a happier ending :)

Riddick deserves something lasting.
