Well-written, characters are portrayed wonderfully, excitement and suspense... heart-warming moments... a great story all around. :D

This story is fantastic!

How can one simply ignore
The full extent of a Hobbit's bore?
When they find no such thing to do
They get ridiculous, I'm afraid it is true.
They set off fireworks from farthest Dale
They try on heavy Dwarven mail
They jump in creeks and scare the ducks
They frolic in mud and dirt and muck
They tell stories of goblins scary
Or could this just be fun for Pippin and Merry?

Omigosh, I love this!

I was dearly hoping it would continue on far longer, perhaps changing poor Boromir's fate, but even this alone was lovely. So angsty and dramatic, with bits and pieces of backstory, and growing bonds between the characters - especially Pippin and Boromir. Wonderful!

I've been searching for a story on the lotr fandom that featured the entire fellowship for a long time, and I have finally found one that far exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much, all of you, for providing such a suspenseful, heartfelt and amazing story that truly captured all that I love about lotr. Your character input was flawless, and I'm just so glad that I came upon this story after it was already finished, for I don't think I would have been able to survive waiting for updates. Once again, great job. :)

wow. absolutely amazing-i loved it!

though i think you need to continue the story-it seems to me that these experiences would change how the rest of the quest goes. people learned things they didn't learn in the real story so they would react differently to dif situations.

anyway, i think you need to label this fic done and you'd get more people to read it.

A great last chapter. I liked the bit where they all thought they were in Overheaven.

Another great chapter. I liked the part where Frodo was singing that song again for Merry.

What a great chapter. I almost fell out of my chair laughing when Pippin got sick from eating too much lembas, that was very well done.

Another great chapter. I liked the part where Sam, Merry and Frodo were reunited.

Another great chapter. I liked the part where Gimli was rmembering the farewell feast at Rivendell.

Another great chapter. I liked the part where Merry asked what Legolas had done to bring him back and he told him about it. Another of my favorite parts was when Pippin had eaten nearly all the lembas.
