remembered thus great story and rereading now that Inoue is finally gracing us with new material. I know it's been a while since you updated so not sure you'll ever see this review or finish the story (fingers crossed, please do). Just minor quibbles with the names: should keep them consistent, Eiji's last name is Sawakita so in the Japanese tradition should call him Sawakita and not Eiji. there's probably a few spots where last and first names are reversed through the story as well. oh and I guess it makes more sense for Rukawas dad to call him Kaede not Rukawa when he is talking to Hiroshi .

But again, minor quibbles. The plot and basketball is super on point, love the story overall

I know you wrote in chapter 1 that it takes a while for you to write this well, but I really like this so far. You've captured the characters well and I found myself laughing at a couple of moments so far. I just hope Sakuragi and Haruko become a couple here. Well, 80 chapters to go, I enjoy it so far.

I can't really determine how many times I've reread this since I discovered this back in... was it 2015 or 2016, I guess? I hope you're doing fine, and I hope you can update this as soon as possible! Have you heard that at 2020 there's going to be like a reprint(?) of the manga? It's wishful thinking to hope for the original storyline to be continued both in anime and manga, but one can only pray. That's why I (and others!) are still here waiting for your story's continuation! This is like, our pseudo-sequel!

Hi there. Re-reading the story 'cause it is awesome. Hope you didn't give up on it and keep updating.
One minor issue though for when and if you edit this- don't you sometimes use last names for some characters and first names for others? Wouldn't the Japanese way be to use last names for everyone Ie you call Uchimura Takeshi "Takeshi" but it is "Rukawa", "Miyagi" etc? (Similarly I seem to recall you keep calling Sawakita Eiji by his first name)

Also, you sometimes have names in the "Last Name, First Name" (Japanese order) and sometimes "First Name, last name" so it is a bit messy. Ie if you go with the traditional way, itshould be Sendoh Akira not Akira Sendoh.

Just a minor point of course. I do love the content and hope you keep at the story!

Please please don't give up on this story! Still eagerly anticipating an update.
