On the kage bunshin thing, I thought the reason Naruto had it down so well was that the technique took a LOT of chakra, enough to kill someone from the drain if they weren't careful, which was why it was on the forbidden scroll. So, Ino probably shouldn't be able to use it... or if she does, she definitely shouldn't be able to make a lot.
