this was utterly beautifully written and so tragic because of the N-C,
I think you should mark this story as completed because the way you ended it fits perfectly with the style of your story and leaves the rest of the known story to be filled with our imagination.
Legolas' and Gimli's relationship is truly wonderful.

Thank you for this story, I hope you will someday write a sequel to it.

This is a wonderful story about friendship and trust and love. I do hope that Gimli and Legolas will learn something from what happend in the past. And though the chances are low that you might write more, I do hope that you might find it in you to finish this story!

Narvi and Celembrimbor is a pairing I am quickly falling in love with. Unfortunately, there are so few storied about them out there. And of the few I have found, in about half of them, Narvi is female.

I was so delighted when I found this story and was even more impressed to find that it was written well. Thank you for writing and posting it for all to read and I sincerely hope that you finish it. Gimli and Legolas is my favorite LotR pairing and I would like for them to get together in this one. Especially since it has Narvi and Celebrimbor in it, angsty though it is.

I stress again my desire to find the ending to this story and hope that you find the desire to continue writing even after all these years.

I realize the chances are nill that you will continue this story, but I wish you would.

I have to say that that's a horrible place to end...and not update in so long. I really like this and I hope you're not abandoning it. I would like to know though how much do you know of Narvi's and Celebrimbor's life in the books, because I don't remember if they were mentioned at all (except for the Moria bit). I really hope to see more.

What a lovely jewel, I can't believe I haven't seen this before. I loved how you shifted back and forth between the stories of Legolas and Gimli and Celebrimbor and Narvi, it was never jarring and it was well-paced so that everything was revealed at the correct time, the two stories complimenting each other perfectly. I would be intrigued to see more of this, but if this is the end, as I suspect, it is a good end. You really did a great job on this, many kudos.
