Wow. I do really love this story already. I like the way modern and ancient life blend seamlessly. You must have spent a lot of time on this story, and it's worth it to read. I enjoy the characterization very much. I was wondering, by the by, if you might have read Beauty by Robin McKinley? Something in the characters and the voice reminds me of that story.
Just one or two small things: First, when you're switching from first to third person and vice versa, it would be helpful to have some kind of break. The story flows so well, it's disconcerting to have the viewpoint change without warning. Also, I would suggest that you not use more than three or, at most, four dots for your ellipses. It doesn't look as good.
All in all, this is an engrossing version of the Hades and Persephone story, and I'm enjoying it a great deal. Thank you for writing this!
