Great story! It was a well-rounded one-shot. You do a nice job of showing Ryouko's discomfort with her feelings about Kousuke...and her inability to express those feelings! I like how you show that Kousuke, despite his...shortcomings...knows how to 'take charge' of the situation and be serious when needed. Good job!

sappy? hMM,, that's the way a romance story should be right? I think the romance is good, the story is well too, only the Ryoko seems to be a bit ooc... Oh, but well, if you talk about ooc-ness, you'll find out that I do that to my fanfics even more than it should be. Anyway, it's a great fics, and you deserves more review you know?

Maybe this fic is too short? why don't you try to write a ryoko/kosuke chaptered story?
