Huh...didn't notice this before. XD So far so good with the writing...thou you may want to try writting in a bit more detail? Like what exactly does Shadow-Joy's mask look like? A half-mask? A full mask? What does it seem made out of? Ceramic, wood, cloth? What is it decorated with? Or was it carved into shapes?

I think you have handle on Ruto (without making her -too- annoying or anything) and seem to have an idea of where you want to take Dark...you just need to stuff a bit more of the thoughts and details of their interactions between them into your story. _ Keep on trucking!

This is a good story. Heh, I like this little part. The one where Dark Link thinks to himself,‘Thank the goddesses that she did this while we were in the desert,”thought Dark-Link, 'least this way I'll hit sand when I land.’Then BAM, he just happens to hit the only large rock in the area. Funny.
