Jimelda chapter 2 . 4/7/2011 "Seth's got this anime thing he wants us to watch, and if I have to watch it you do too." Is it horrible of me to say that I actually laughed at this point? Maybe my nerves were completely shot from the intenseness of the rest of the story. I mean, holy wow, that was amazing! You portrayed Ryan perfectly here; a boy who's trying to pretend that he's so much older and mature than he should be. Wonderful. Truly stunning and quite moving to boot! Love the conversation between him and Sandy too! |
chiclete chapter 2 . 12/5/2007 Simply perfect. |
Aqua Mage chapter 2 . 7/16/2007 Very nice. Poor old Ryan. |
0i chapter 2 . 3/22/2007 i wanted to cry this was so sad...poor Ryan awesome fic...God bless and keep writing |
Montana Holmes chapter 2 . 12/19/2006 Fantastic. |
co chapter 2 . 9/30/2006 great story. I love it. Like it when Ryan gets all messed up with his past and I think there a some real nice Ryan-Sandy-moments in it. |
arualms chapter 2 . 11/21/2005 I do not know how I missed this for so long. I love it. Your stile of writing is as amazing as your insight into the characters minds. You made me tear up! |
Ansy Pansy aka Panz chapter 2 . 11/9/2005 Aw great stuff I liked how Kirsten and Sandy didn't really know what they were arguing about! |
Ansy Pansy aka Panz chapter 1 . 11/9/2005 oh wow deep! |
wuemsel chapter 2 . 2/8/2005 What a great read! I wish thered have been more scenes like that on the show; fit the character perfectly! |
silk-knickers chapter 1 . 11/19/2004 I liked this one... I never really thought before how Ryan would react to seeing the older Cohens arguing. And they do argue, all the time. With his background, it makes sense that he'd be very upset by seeing them fight. |
sara chapter 2 . 10/27/2004 ahh! i love you! i love you! |
elzed chapter 2 . 7/26/2004 Just read this after you posted your latest (The NAC) and I had to tell you how much I liked it. I love Cohen 1 family stories when they get the mood right and yours does... Ryan's fear, Sandy's understanding, the explanation at the end - subtel and well put. And I loved that: Ryan looked up and quickly scrubbed at his eyes, blushing. "It's the rubbing alcohol. It stings. Makes your eyes water." He said, with the voice of a man and the posture of a boy. How very Ryan. Good to see you're writing again... Hope for more! |
Marty chapter 2 . 6/18/2004 Its a good story. I can understand that Ryan would fell that way. |
TeacherTam chapter 2 . 5/9/2004 I just read this story again, and I am just as touched as I was the last time. Ryan's reaction to a family argument at the dinner table is very realistic, and I think that you have done a great job. I would love to see more. |
