I love Harry being so powerful and protective of little Sevvy, who is such a cutie. Severus Snape is my favourite character and he definitely deserves a chance at a safe and happy childhood. It's quite the irony that it was essentially Voldemort's fault he got the chance.

It is very worrying though, that he's so unnaturally quiet...I hope Harry's care will lead fo him healing to the point that he begins to act more his age.

The thing with the magical lines is amazing and very interesting! Harry being of the Fae is great. I'm curious, is Severus, too, connected to a magical line? I would love that, actually. I really like powerful Severus and I would love for him to descend from a magical line- maybe one that he had to hide? (A line that is so pure of soul that it is impossible for it's members to be evil or bad, evrn though they can pretend to be if they need to?)

Btw, I do not think Severus will hate Harry again, nor that he ever truly did, but had to act like it for fear of clueing Voldemort and the Death Eater's in on his true allegiances. In fact, with Harry looking so similar to his chief tormentor back in school and the sad fact that he probably never had any therapy to work through all the abuse and mistreatment he suffered at school, he might even be secretly scared of him, getting flashbacks and reacting to Harry as if he was James Potter reborn, acting to defend himself from a perceived threat subconsciously.

I also love Neville's role. It's a bit sad though that both Ron and Hermione are such idiots here and that they're not as close to Harry as I'd like them to be. Especially Hermione's attitude toward baby Snape, considering she's the one who kept defending him to both Harry and Ron a lot and was alwahs the most accepting when it ca,e to him, is surprising. I really do hope both she and Ron come around. Their gross neglect to protect Severus as Harry asked them to do was awful.
Why can't they just realize, like Harry, who actually has the most reasin to legitimately resent Severus for his adult versions actions (Neville too, actualky), that Severus is an innocent little infant that deserves love and protection, rather than scorn and hate? They should support Harry!

Dean, Justin and that other guy who attacked a baby Severus are monsters. And how dare Dean make Severus responsible for his mother's death? He didn't do it! He would never! And to punish a child for what he thinks the adult did- that's evil.

I hope very much that you can recapture your inspiration, because this story is amazing!
