This was so good! Makes me wanna read more stories like this...where people realize that they had taken someone for granted.

Amazing! Totally one of the best Joxer/Gab stories I've read. And I love Aphrodite's involvement too. Even with some of the little games she played with Joxer (on the show), you could tell it was never malicious and that she was very fond of him. So I always like to see that aspect of portrayal.

*Over-the-top-fangirl-sqeal* AWW! That was lovely! I have a feeling this story will have me smiling and giggling for days :P

The ending was just absolutely perfect. I am so glad that they got their happy ending and Aphrodite got better. It was nice to see her in a bit of a panic over poor Joxer lol

I was really impressed with this story. The descriptions, the emotion, the way your writing style had me hanging on to every word! . Oh! It was just awesome :D

And I gotta say something...this line, - "The love she felt for this man was a tide rising in her, fierce and pounding... he had to feel it, he had to ride the wave with her... it was too much, too big for one soul to carry alone without being crushed and scattered by it." - was a perfect way to describe an overpowering love :D

This chapter was interesting as it went from one extreme to another. The inner turmoil of G & J is very well described and I absolutely adored the song Joxer sang to baby Eve. It was just soo cute . :3 Joxer can be such a cutie! Aww!

Finally Gabrielle realizes her feelinggs for Joxer and is brave enough to coice them. I couldn't help but chuckle at how excited Gabrielle was at the idea of kissing him. Befoer she loathed the idea, now? LOL I think what she did for Joxer, rewriting the scroll so that he and everythig he did for her was in it - was wonderful and a lovely compliment to him.

But just as I was getting all wrapped up in gooey sentiments, Joxer's rage suprised me. I was sat on the edge of my seat getting all excited and going, "Oh my god!". No, really :D

Another awesome chapter. One left. I'm sad to know the ending is just around the corner...or more accurately, the next page! xD

Hehe...Joxer was yummy in this chapter. Hes so strong and able and...manly. Poor Gabrielle. All the inner turmoil is really getting to her. I'm glad she's finally seeing the man that he inside as it comes out. By removing the love that Joxer had for Gabrielle, he was able to focus on being a warrior and this chapter reflects that. I also really liked how he was with the children. It was sweet and endearing and even I was wonedring what it would be like having kids with this new Joxer ;)

I just love that you had Aphrodite watchig it all as though she was watchig TV! Funny and touchig at the same time. I just couldn't help but roll out an, "Aww..." by the end of this chapter :)

I loved this chapter. The descriptions of the clothes and staff were wonderful. I also loved how for a moment Gabrielle became the bumbling idiot for once, tripping over her confused feelings. I liked reading the description of Joxer in comparison to his brother. The way you wrote Joxer in this chapter gave him a believable sensual quality that we never saw from him in the series. Joxer was one of my fav characters from the show. You made him effortlessly sexy ;) Well done!

OMG I am loving this! This is really well written and I love having some insight into the characters heads.

I'm glad Gabrielle is noticing things about Joxer that she would have otherwise continued to miss if not for Joxer's request to Cupid/Aphrodite. Finally she's seeing everything he's done for her in the past. She should feel guilty for the way she treated him. As bumbling and annoying as he could be, hes just a man with a good, loyal heart. I also felt my heart warm too at the lovely parental visage you created with Joxer as Eve's carer. Very lovely.

This is soo going on my favs list and my recommended reading list :P

Wow...I gotta say, this is a lovely opening chapter to what I can tell is gonna be an equally lovely Gabrielle/Joxer story!Its descriptie and puts you in the heads of G and J. I can't wait to see how the "Loss of Love" will affect Aphrodite. I always wondered what would happen if things turned out differently after Married with Fishsticks :) No I'll get to see! I've been looking for a good read lately and even though its the first chapter, I've got a feeling I'm going to like this one! Can't wait to read the rest :D

Aw. This is so cute! I read it in one sitting... , ... boy I'm sleepy now. And bleary-eyed. I always liked Joxer! Even if Ted Raimi DID try to smush my baby while filming Spiderman a block from my house. GR. Dang man should watch where he's speed-walking instead of staring at the ground giggling into his headset! Yes. GIGGLING! They took all the parking around my house for days! um ahem... anyway. This is so adorable! Aphrodite is perfect (love her!) and ... you just made Joxer like the Hot Stud of Geekdom wihout trying! mwahahaa. , ..

brilliant! i really liked this fic. i think the charactarization was excellent. I liked the Joxer with Eve parts, and Xena's reaction to the 'Evie the Mighty' song.
