| Daetor chapter 33 . 9/25/2008 I'll be brief, this is better than what you left us with, not perfect, but any improvement is better than no improvement at all or making things worse somehow. Well, I won't really complain, after all, at least you didn't pull an EoE type ending on us, which would have probably prompted me and some others to demand a sequel and attempt to hunt you down wherever you may be hiding on the planet to tie you up and force you to write. | Daetor chapter 32 . 9/25/2008 *looking with a completely confused expression* I'm not sure exactly what to say about this... It seems incomplete from my point of view... What the hell happened to Gendo? What about the rest of the angels? What about SEELE and the Instrumentality project? The overall idea and stuff were interesting, but this is less of an ending and more of leaving the fic off at a random point simply because you're not in the mood to finish it properly or you're lacking inspiration etc... That's my opinion and this is just fanfiction... I suppose this is better than simply abandoning the fic with no warning and dropping off the face of the Earth so to speak... |
| Daetor chapter 31 . 7/10/2008 You know, if you kill Asuka, you'll have to change the genre to tragedy instead of adventure. I don't get one thing, why shoot Asuka and spare Misato and Shinji? Ok, let's say that in Shinji's case it's because he's the only one who can pilot Unit-01 which is indispensable to Gendo's plans. Yet Misato is easily replaceable even more so than Asuka, adding to that the fact that she was armed and had military training made it even more plausible to shoot her. Then again, it's hard for me to think straight seeing that it's 2 AM here. I still find it weird but I can't examine the whole thing in a better way. All in all, I have to say GET THE NEXT CHAPTER OUT SOON THE SUSPENSE IS KILLING ME! |
| Daetor chapter 30 . 7/4/2008 Amazing, this story still lives! When I read it the first time I didn't even have an account here and anonymous reviews are such a show of disrespect in most cases. Anyway, as soon as I saw this chapter I re-read the whole thing to remember everything that went on. I don't know what you're planning with this but it's good enough to keep me curios about the whole thing. Though, I have to say that something is of. WHY is Shikaku this so called Angel of Fire? Is it something from her parents? (and if it's from her mother's side that would mean that Yui would have some kind of connection with the angels and that would mean Shinji has something as well if you get my point) Or was she some kind of experiment? Maybe she was chosen by the "angels"? What ever it is, this is quite confusing, I hope you clear that out eventually. You're saying that you're wrapping all this up in a few chapters? Well, I have no idea how you'll do that if you keep them this short, but then again it's your story, you have it planned out not me. Anyway, it's a nice story and I hope to see how it will turn out. Good luck with all of your work and update soon. |
