Nicely begun.
Not only does the plot seem very interesting, the case looks to be as well. I hope that the other CSIs reactions to Agent Carter's revelations will come in the next chapter.
I'm always excited to find new CSI writers who have a good grasp on grammar and language.

I can tell this is going to be a really good fic, keep up the good work, and I hope to see some more chapters soon!

One minor suggestion - it would help to put some 'returns' in the section with dialogue. The conversation would flow a lot better. (sorry if you did and ff messed up the format!)

I am very much in agreement with Anansay's review. Your first reviewer, "inagadadavita", has flamed the great works of many fabulous writers, yet hasn't posted a single story of their own at all. Just ignore him/her/it.
Good start with your story. I'm glad to see a new fic by a fellow G/S shipper. Keep up the good work!

First of all: ignore inagadadavita. He/She just likes to criticize whatever they can get their hands on. I've yet to see a positive review from them.
Second of all: very interesting premise. And it's always interesting when someone from the past comes back, gives so much opportunity for knowing about certain characters.
Just one small thing: You might want to look into formatting. It's easier to read dialogue when each person's part starts on a different line. :)
U/l to can be difficult and frustrating when it screws with formatting. If you need any help, just ask! :)
