cool deffinately one of the better HP fics ive read. I usually stay in the Lord of the Rings zone but this is quite good. I love Ron too. He's really cool isnt he and good to write with. And yes it is worryingly fun torturing characters (as merry and pippin are now well aware.) Keep writting and hurting characters. lol _

I love this fic. You've given us a brief but powerful insight into Ron as a fully-fleshed character, and not just an "emotional teaspoon". You've also demonstrated the strength and importance of the bond between Ron and Harry. It goes beyond friendship, beyond brotherhood, beyond lovers, or any of that - it's just RonandHarry, the same way that the Weasley twins are FredandGeorge. Ron's grief at losing Harry, both at the time of his death and three months later, was real, powerful and touching. The image of Ron sobbing silently as he sits by Harry's peaceful, smiling body was beautifully haunting. This is a great piece.

I like the brevity in the first few lines. (Is brevity a word? I meant to say the breifness, but I thought brevity sounded more professional. Gah.)

And yes! Ron MUST have family problems! It's so obvious, why don't more people realize it? And of course Harry would be there, and of course Harry will die, and of course Ron will be sad.

Your fic has...inspired me with its in-character-ish-ness. Inspired is a good word, but not the one I am looking for. Comforted, perhaps?
