orthe the great chapter 18 . 5/27/2012 I can honestly say that this is the BEST story that I have ever read, so in character, so angsty, just perfect! |
norriefan12345 chapter 4 . 2/6/2010 Wow. Poor Jack. That was just... bad. I liked the kicking in the privates and sailing off with his wife, though :} |
norriefan12345 chapter 3 . 2/6/2010 Okay, the only problems I have with this is that Captain Jack Sparrow would never slam his head into a deck board, and that your facts are wrong. The only people that can laugh like that are Barbossa, Cutler Whats-'is-face, Gabriel Jones, and Davy Jones! |
norriefan12345 chapter 2 . 2/6/2010 Poor Jack! He really gets the small ship of the fleet! I really like the story so far, so, keep it up yo! |
Badfaith Obviously chapter 1 . 4/30/2009 I love this story, it's my favorite Jack fic. |
Asher Elric chapter 1 . 2/4/2009 hahahaha. He turned me into a newt! well, I got better! Love this scene in MP. Brilliant way of making it work. |
Mojo817 chapter 1 . 3/11/2008 A bit of monty python there... (gives thumbs up and shouts encouragement) |
Badfaith Obviously chapter 18 . 12/10/2007 This is the best story I've ever read told in Jack's peculiar point of view! I applaud you sir or ma'am. Truly great! Artfully written and interestingly told. |
stretchingthelimits chapter 18 . 7/13/2007 That was really really amazing. A lot better than some of the other fics I've read regarding Jack's past. Significantly better. I applaud you. *applauds* |
KrystalB2003 chapter 18 . 6/21/2007 Ah, what a treat it was to find this story! I had no idea where a story that begins with a pirate chasing a donkey around a church-yard would lead, but I'm so glad I stuck to it! You have a very nice handle on Jack's 'inner voice' and temperment. And I loved the characters you introduced. Nathan and Sarah in particular struck a chord with me. . . what a little spitfire she was! I expected Nathan to be more of the co-hero of the story, but Sarah was ready to help her fellow slaves revolt long before Jack showed up, I'd imagine. All she really needed was for an opportune moment/person to come along and help stir things up a bit. Of course, Jack's quite good at that now, isn't he? It's too bad Gabriel didn't suffer a fall into the grinder after everything he did to everyone. I suppose that would have been a bit cliché, but it would have felt so good. ;) Your ending was wonderful. Nice and satisfying, with just a touch of bittersweet. . . just the way I like it. |
Nukyster chapter 6 . 6/19/2007 OMG! ... ... STARTS READING MORE Damn you, I have a early class to morrow and there is no way I'm going to sleep, thanks -_-" |
Nukyster chapter 4 . 6/19/2007 aw poor Jacky, still you made me burst into laugh from time to time'. That usual does not happen when Jack get's tortured. Luv your story! |
Nukyster chapter 1 . 6/19/2007 Wha, why didn't I find this story earlier? It's so good, so jackish with all the things that happen and the stuff he thinks, SO GOD! |
