- there was no mention of Snape telling anyone that Lee was there
- how did the misfits know?
- fred and george only know Lee was missing because they tried to fire-call him
- knowledge of lee being in azkaban would've come much later, when snape made contact

Just a tiny plot hole that might not even be a plot hole.

I'm sorry but the Order is a joke. Voldemort, his Death Eaters and Dementors are killing folks right and left and they are afraid/unwilling to kill Death Eaters? How utterly proposertious! Let them live and they come back to fight another day. I'm sorry, I just don't get it all and it makes your richly told story a bit stupid.
