I loved this story all the other times I read it. And I still love it, although many years have gone by. You write beautifully, I love love love love your portrayal of the handmaidens. It has influenced my own (scarce) writing about them.
I love how you explored the idea of the decoy queen being Padmé's own sister (it makes sense) and their different temperaments. Anyhow, this will stay one of my favourite fanfics.

I can't understand why this story has so few reviews! This is my second time through, and I love it so much! The character development, the plot, the likability of Sabé even though she's flawed and a little brat sometimes... I love it all! Thank you for such a good read.

I've just reread this fic after many years and I have to say it's still a joy to read. I loved the idea of the twin sisters, the whole family dynamics. I especially loved how you portrayed each and every handmaiden. I loved their little fights and love. Sabé's character was also interesting (and very similar to mine at moments!) I loved how things were subtle and everything about it.. It's a very good piece of writing. I probably read it first when you published it but I have to say that the story has almost become canon in my mind. Truly briliant. I can't see it otherwise. And, it's well written. Thank you so much for this story. I always loved your story!

Jazzcat recommended you to me when it comes to a FF writer that excels at character development. She was right. Great story. You did a brilliant job in creating Sabe and showing off all her strengths and flaws, and also giving the reader a glimpse into the royal family of Naboo. The interaction between everyone felt believable, the dialogue sounded natural, and I really enjoyed learning about Sabe.

A couple typos I caught: "You won't so cheerful" should be "You won't be so cheerful"

"proud mother's" should be "proud mothers"

You are an excellent writer. I look forward to reading more.

Definitely enjoyed the chapter! I loved the inclusion of Dexter. The fight between Padme and Sabe was shocking, but certainly felt right with their characters and emotions at the time. Well-written,as usual. :)

Great work! Usually when a fanfic turns from its plot to a scene directly from the movie, it loses it's . . . fanfic-ness, lol. But you did perfect at still making it feel like the story and keeping it centered on Sabe. Looking forward to more!

Very good. :) A bit slow, but still enjoyable.

Very sad. :( Hearing the title being spoken in this chapter definitely made it stand out. I have a feeling the forget-me-not will be important later in this story.
