Interesting beginning, but some the physical descriptiong are incorrect. Will's eyes are sky blue, not brown; Deanna's not that pale and thin; she's slender, but that all that super-skinny and Beverly's hair is a deep coppery red, not "strawberry blond" and her hair is really too straight to "bounce" and she's not tall either. Lithe, yes, but not tall.

And I can't see Deanna being all that overly terrified by a flash of light. Slightly startled yes, but not all screaming and scared out of her mind. Deanna, like the rest of the crew, is used to supernatural flashes of light and odd things, so she wouldn't be so freaked out.

Love the dramatic way the twins were plopped onto the Enterprise; I can totally see them freaking out a bit.

Good writing; keep it up; hope you add more to this story!

i dont mind new characters, dont get me wrong, it's just, you have no background for her or anything, she'd "the only blonde" obviously beautiful and every other one of the characters are well known ones, her father is a cannon character... it just screams marysue
