As a fledgling teacher myself, I can truly say, I feel their pain. And the way you wrote Hank's dialog, just so been-there-done-that, kinda has a hint of vengeance behind that fatherly tone of his. Heheh...

Don't know where you picked this up, "Those who can, do. Those who can't, teach" but I saw "School of Rock" recently and that line was in it. So through the fic, I was crossing Beast with Jack Black. Very weird.

Hey hey! Well, that was an interesting story cause that episode was funny...it was fun to see the aftermath of Jean and Scott's first day of teaching a bunch of mutants that weren't even that far from their age! Great job and I like the way you wrote it out..great story, I loved it!

*cracks up* The only parts of Target X I've seen were clips from the Beyond Evolution site, but I can SO see this happening after the episode ended. Brilliant job.
