That was perfect! I don't know what to say.

You captured the 7th Dr completely and had the exact mix of dark seriousness and light silliness. The tension was building in this and then suddenly he plays the spoons! It was so delightful but the fic saddened me a lot. "All the time I'm playing on a knife-edge; it's difficult not to get cut." - Often we forget how dangerous what the Doctor does is but really people get hurt all the time. It made my heart hurt reading this.
