That was pretty fucking awesome! The parameters were weird alright, but you're probably so imaginative because of all the things you can come up with, it's a reincarnation story! And it's not a bad thing! I'm actually tired of fics that has modern thingies when they're supposed to be in Ancient China. I have to admit that I am a bit bothered with guy-to-guy things, but if I let that define me, I would never have read this. Houjun and Genrou looked so cute together, goddamnit! This may be the start of me shipping TasukixChichiri. I'm hoping you would make a sequel. Like, their lives in that high school. This may probably be my chance of finding a decent high school story with reincarnated seishis. I hope you think about it! (And if there is already one, I'll find it.) Thanks for this romantic story! You made me blush, laugh, and feel worried for Genrou at the same time! You. Are. AWESOME.

*eyes bug out* Oh my gawd, you ROCK! You like the Princess Bride, you like Final Fantasy games (VII is the best in my opinion), you like Fushigi Yuugi, you like the couples I like... (not that there are many more). And your writing style is great. Not like so many fan fictions out there where it's riddled with spelling/grammar errors or a weak plot... And the fact that you included all the parameters so easily speaks volumes for your writing. Where did you find that challege? Please please PLEASE keep writing! *glomps* (In case you don't know, glompvery big, very happy, VERY painful hug... my friends hate me when I do it).

Ok, I like most every other story I've read in your area, and probably will be sending you separate reviews in each section. I especially enjoy your Inuyasha stories.

Which is probably why I'm behaving myself with this review, but I just have to say something. I...have a strong dislike for Yaoi fiction using two characters who are decidedly straight, and completely, utterly...not gay.

Not talking about Nuriko/Hotohori, because it's easy to see how that one would come about. I mean..c'mon. He married Houki, who looked just like Nuriko. That one was easy to see. ;)

I do, however, dislike Chichiri/Tasuki pairings. Chichiri is a monk, who only became so after the deaths of both the love of his life, Kouran, and Hikou, his best friend, both of which he believes that he caused. That's also why he hides behind his mask.

Tasuki's a mysogynist. Which means he hates women. But mysogyny does not automatically equal homosexuality. You'd probably hate women too if you had 9 sisters and had as...strong a personality as Tasuki. I know you're probably wondering 'Who the hell is this guy to come out of the blue and say he dislikes my pairing choices?' But I just..see so many Tasuki/Chichiri pairings...and I've never seen a good justification for a single one ;)

Hmm. Too look at Tasuki's behavior another way...little boys hate little girls right? Remember all the cootie games? It's a phase that most guys grow out of. Tasuki behaves so much like a child a lot of the time, it's easy to see that he never grew out of that phase. Doesn't mean he likes guys...just means he hates women. .

That being said, I don't want to make this all a bunch of me looking like I'm putting you down. Not trying it, it's just..hard not to vent about the whole Tasuki/Chichiri thing.

And I really don't mind it when it's an obvious pairing, like Nuriko or Hotohori, Nakago/Tomo, etc, or the characters were gay to begin with, like those guys from Fake.

I do really like your writing style, and it's easy to get mesmerized in the pace of your stories. I admit to having read several of your Inuyasha tales more than once, they're that good :)
