I think I know why this piece of fanfic doesn't have more reviews...

For me, it has all the workings of a good novel: excellent world-building, the details (sometimes, too much) of things, etc., are all there...but somehow it still lacks that final piece. Also, I wasn't too fond of how the characters were written...they just didn't do it for me, sorry~

That said, please don't take this the wrong way, I do realize that this fic is what...17 years old?! It is an amazing feat to have stood the test of time. I'm just disappointed for the lost potential that this fic could have become, but hey it might just be me..ah well.

Hi new reader here. I can't believe that this fan fiction has not gotten more attention. It is very well written and the plot is intricate and keeps you wondering. I especially like your take on Hojos and Vincent's twisted relationship.

I have also read your other fan fiction and have a similar opinion of it; though unfinished, an excellent pies of work!

Cannot remember if I've read this before or not, since it's been on my favorites list for what seems like forever. I enjoyed the first chapter and it will be interesting to see exactly what it is that Vincent is hiding. He's always been a mysterious character, after all!

Even though there are some errors (like the last name of Reeve Tuesti) i really liked this story! I hope you will finish it sometime.

This story is gorgeous. The exploration of 'what you really are' is a favorite of mine to read, and this story truly delivers on the point.

I know that you almost certainly aren't going to update this, but I would be very, very - as in, if you've published anything, tell me - interested in reading anything else you have.

Wow, I have always been a fan of your fiction, and this fic serves as all the more reason for devotion. It deserves more reviews than it has (but I'm sure the hits are phenomenal!), and I do hope you'll write more, especially on "Stay With Me...". Fantastic, Lucrecia Marionette, truly a work of art...er fanfiction literature. Two thumbs up!

This is one of the best pieces of fiction I have ever read. Not just on FFN, but out of ... well, everything fiction.

Before reading this story, I had no knowledge of the characters, locations, backstories, etc. in Final Fantasy VII, but after reading this, I almost feel I could be an expert (of course, I'm playing through it now). Everything in this story is so well-explained, making it easily accessible to a FFVII newbie like me. ;

I think that you have gracefully overcome one of the most difficult obstables in writing-making a reader care about the characters. Each character is so beautifully written that it's hard not to care for them. I almost cried during a certain scene with the Turks-I suppose it's natural to care for characters so realistically written.

This story is an absolute masterpiece; an amazing display of your talent. I definitely look forward to readng more of your work!

have read your beautiful story on your home site and other sites...have loved the way you've written this and your other story called "stay with me" both are wonderfully written and with great detail that is eye catching.

have really enjoyed reading both but noticed that the two on here are not up to date with the ones on your site or others...TTLG is up to 30 chapters if remember correctly and SWM is up to...think it was 16 chapters

have been keeping up with both stories...though have been lazy and not reviewed as of yet...will try to go back and review them.

really love both your stories and hoping they will be continued

Wow...this story is great. GREAT! While I don't mind the part about Vincent's past, I still want to hear what is happening to the others. Please continue with it! this is a really good story, i miss Cloud and the others, even though Vincents story is interessting too...

Take a deep breath, boy, take it easy...okay. That was amazing, an expertly written novel of unparalleled quality. Such grand detail and so many twists and turns that it hardly seems worthy to be limited to the position of a fanfiction story. And the characters, you kept all of them in their character and made them so much more human than anyone ever could hope to. The rich scenery, incredible story, thick vocabulary, everything about it screams professional quality. If you haven't tried writing a true novel then do so, your skills shouldn't be wasted on fanfiction alone. I await the next set of chapters with eager eyes.
