first off commandore is spelled commodore amd second norringtons first name is james not edward

ummmmm... I just wanted first to say that commodore norrington his first name is James but aside from that this story looks like its gonna be pretty good

I love your stories and I've actually read this series a couple times already but every time I try to read chapter six something goes wrong, last time it showed chapter six of "braving the flames" and this time it just won't open at all. I have no idea what happens in that chapter and I just thought you should know

I like this better, the way it ended.

But I must say, the "falling in love" part happened rather fast. I don't really see anything that would make it perminant. They didn't have much of a chance to truly get to know each other beyond a few days.

So I can only hope that the sequel moves at a different, perhaps slower, pace.

Still, it was quite entertaining, and I hope you continue to write, you're very good at it. Thanks for the ride! _

hmm, hate to say it, but the speed at which they got together was kinda boring. You do write very well, but Norrington still seems weak to me in the way you write him. Sorry if that offends! :-(

Perhaps, though, he has just convinced himself he's in love because he lusts after her. Still, I get the feeling that he's still going to believe he's in love no matter what, and it will continue.

I'm surprised that he didn't argue that he didn't want to "use" her by having sex with her, or he didn't want to treat her as an object or something. Isn't that what most moral men say? _

He's definitly given in rather quickly. Ah well! I hope more interesting turns of events transpire.

So lovely he gives her the phoenix. and odd he kept it after liz declined him. I'd have thrown it away. Loved the bit about the sparrows and the phoenix, and "the fish may love the bird but where would they live?" that's one to remember for sure.
Yeah Norry you don't want to be a pirate but you want Pearl to give up being one. Ah, men. They'll never get it.
I loved the farewell letter she left. Very very beautiful. She's a great girl. That is something if I am saying it.

This is the first thing i finished to read in 3 years, so be proud.

Ooh, tough one telling Norry about how he hunts good men to hang them, and she being a better 'man' than him because she only kills when she has to. Now think about that Norry. The law? What is the law after all?

Loved the bit about the scars. Nothing as interesting as scars. Many stories in that one.
My fav was when she says to Gillette that white was really much more his color. Hehe, poor Gillette.

Tough change in Pearl. Very well written.
And poor Norry, another woman who doesn't want to marry him. So ironic. I want to hug him. I bet reject me is tattoed on him, but not on his forehead. Oh that was mean. I don't want to be mean to him he's so lovely. I apologize. And he's so sweet allowing her to run off with Jack every few months. Such a nice plan.
Pearl was lovely in her motherly mood, really. Very touching. Makes her an even better pirate.

My fav line in this is "Oh shut up". So lovely.

Such a lovely description of her playing the fiddle. She's a siren for sure.
