Hey, I know you're not continuing with this series anymore but I just wanted you to know that I really love this story. I've combed through pretty much all the Minerva centric fanfics on this site and this remains one of my favorites, hands down, and I reread the whole thing every now and then. I love how you created such an intricate, imaginative world on top of the existing HP universe yet tie everything together so neatly, the amount of planning that must have gone into this story even before writing is amazing. The battle in the sky at the beginning of the story was so creative and satisfying to read, your take on time turners makes so much sense (I never really stopped to consider how ludicrous it was to let 13 y/os mess with time for classes...), and the way Minerva alternated between insistently getting her way and also profoundly sad and sensitive was so entertaining and heartbreakingly realistic considering her upbringing. On the whole, I'm really sad that I wasn't reading this when you were uploading this or I would have reviewed with every update, but if you ever come back and post anything in this fandom/about Minerva, you've got at least one review waiting for you.

Oh my god. I have a million questions right now.
I am thoroughly impressed by the vivid universe you built around these beloved characters. It is so different from every other Minerva centered fic (sadly with only a glimpse of MM/AD) that I've read so far. It is so sad that you only finished what feels to be less than a quarter of the whole. At least it feels somewhat closed in itself (and I am glad for that), but I'm sure I would have enjoyed a mega fic of this. On the other hand I guess it's extremely hard to stay motivated when only a hand full of people seem to support the process of hard work and long hours.

I really like your style of writing. Its level of detail painted a clear and rich picture of every scene. With that you've spun a complicated, intelligent and deep web of mysteries, new and unknown magic (especially Minervas various talents) folklore, history and original characters. It was extremely exilarating and binding in the beginning when you set us up for a strong emotional journey. Also the flashback was still amazing, tough I guess for some readers a bit too long drawn out...? Not sure, I like long lead ups. The only thing I would have liked is a bit of introspective as Albus remembered the happenings.

You portraied everybody extremely well and made them feel real. You made me loathe Binns, reason with Dippet, ship Kettleburn, adore Hagrid, see another side of Tom Riddle (tough in an uneasy way) and feel quite sorry for Albus contstant attempts to do the right thing and fail. I even see Peeve in a different light now. Adult Minerva is just the awesome, intelligent, sassy bad ass that we came to know, but you show us her tender and fragile side as well. The fighting scene was on fire and in contrast to her interactions with Albus (The purring! I cannot! Just amazing!).
My feelings towards Kitten were anywhere between irritated, intrigued, in love and so sorry for what she had to endure in her short life so far. It really makes me wonder how she overcame her habits and turned out the way that she did...?

Some more questions to which I probably have overlooked your hints (some spoilers probably): Did she ever study at Hogwarts? If or if not, how did she, so mistrusted and feared by many, become a teacher? How developed the not-so-good-to-start-with relationship between her and Albus (I mean he's speaking of 30 wonderful but wasted years :( before they apparently became lovers)? What was it that Dippet had Seen and did it come to that? How could she know about happenings from Harry's time as she's not supposed to be a seer but a foci? What's with Minervas touch, especially to wands? What was it that Thomas did to lead to their doom? And foremost how in the name of Merlin did she end up almost drowned in a bath tub to be scooped up by Albus, what was Moody's intention and Riddle as the source - I know you implied through Luna and Snape, but it is just too open for me to fill it. And do I even want to know why the cruciatus curse has not the usual effect on her? Thank goodness that the last five chapter cleared up a lot of my questions.
I know you said that you left enough hints to answer all the main questions... I guess I picked up quite a few, but you've done an admirable job in obscuring them enough. I really would have liked to read it in your words. I have also read the other pieces that go with it.

I just found this work. A person who has read mine recommended it. It's amazing how much you and I have in common in our ideas. I write under the name Eli le Fey in AO3 and my character is a Faerie. From Avalon, which went into the mists (inspired by The Mists of Avalon) over a thousand years ago and has kept a very low profile ever since. I love this story.

Dans ce chapitre, j'ai plutôt l'impression que la vision que Dippet a sur Minerva combattant les adultes, serait plus tard le combat contre Voldemort dans les reliques de la mort. Enfin j'espère que ces ça Lol. / In this chapter, I have the impression that the vision has Dippet Minerva fighter adults would later fight against Voldemort in Deathly Hallows. Finally I hope that these Lol.

I really believe that this is the most beautiful, dense and fascinating story I've ever read. I would love to know how do you imagined to be the later adventures (I would love to see Minerva and Dumbledore getting in love and so on) and i'm hoping that one day you will decide to continue this.

I have just read this entire story over the last few days and I wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed it. I was saddened to see that you finished the story early as I wanted to know much more. What happened the night in the cottage, what happened between Remus and Minerva and how she and Dumbledore got together just a few. Still I'm glad you at least closed it off to a certain extent and unfinished it not I have still added it to my favourites. You have great storytelling skills. xXx

I have sooooo many questions. I love this story, I really do but in all honesty it is a tad bit confusing in some aspects.

I have read this story at least 8 times and it still makes me laugh! Like when she licks the sugar cube and gives it to him! Its an amazing piece of work! I hope u haven't given up on harry potter and continue to update and wtite these badass stories!

That was beautiful! Wonderfully choreographed! And I loved the chess set! Now it made sense!

I find your story incredible, very well done. The chapter with the battle of chess pieces and is splendid and the Death Eaters that then minerva'' live'' in Hogwarts a few years before putting these poor professor strain is a great idea

I never thought that Tom would have occupied a kitten is even less of a little girl. I think it's still a great mystery. Albus and Minerva the relation ship is quite strange, at the very beginning of history we see that they are together but when we go back in the past we see that it has struggled to understand, I wonder how they meant to be together then.

We do not know what it is spent between the time to let Dippet Minerva McGonagall in until she goes back Harry.

It's such a shame that the story was to stop because of the lack of comment. You had great potential in this one I found;

I hope one day you want to write later that you had to think about before.
