This is a strange fic, but fairly well written, save for the constant cursing. I'm not sure that Helen and Jake would be nearly so insane and oppressive as you've depicted them, but it serves the purposes of your story here. Good work.

this fic is one my favorites list. i love how you broached the issue of female sexuality because really its true, masturbation among women is not a commanly talked about subject. You have inspired me!

I just finished reading your story on Daria's self exploration and let me tell you, I was amazed, not only at how well you manage the characters and situations, but also the angst that Daria feels and Jane's desperation to help her friend, on what I think can be a subject many ateen knows, childhood traumas, more often than not, imbued by the parents themselves, but what really got me, and made me write this thing to you, was tha last lines of your story, yup, that's right, I read it all and liked it, but the last few words really hooked me, "looking at the beauty instead of the flaws"? wow, that's awesome and i so could picture Daria doing such a thing, so in closure, Bravo, and keep em coming.

It sounds like you have a pretty good grasp on the characters. It makes for an interesting view of the Daria cast. I liked the whole thing except for the spelling errors and some minor punctuation mistakes. keep up the good work

I think it's great you brought up the whole demonization/denial of female sexuality, it was very well executed. I hope some readers learn a thing or two about the inequalities faced by women. Until we recognize that we're all women and stop dividing ourselves into good and bad girls, we're pretty much screwed when it comes to equal sexual rights.
