Aw... this was really cute! A perfect scene. I don't see why you should have to elaborate any further on why he is sick and why they are friends, you have done that plenty. This is a one-shot after all, but I guess some people need every bit of information spoon-fed to them.

It's just too adorable, Squall puking I love it. And it seems highly believable in your fic that he would invite Seifer up into his bed after all that Seifer has done for him... and with all that he is feeling, anyway Squall giving him a kiss and blushing is just too kawai

As if it makes the thing in itself any different just because you happen to like girls at the same time *rolls her eyes* It's funny how people say they hate yaoi, then read it anyway, say it's disgusting but maybe A LITTLE bit hot, then probably move on to read the next piece of yaoi. Then again, both of the particular author's comments that I am addressing here didn't make much sense to begin with *growls*
