A great coda to a great episode. Gave us the closure and what we all thought might have happened. Something TPTB never gave us...

Hi, I've just been cleaning my room and found a print of this story that I've read years ago and I remembered how awesome it is, so I simply had to give you a review for it! Trip's always been my favorite on the show and I love that whole angst-feeling in your story.

I think I originally read this on a different site and I obviously couldn't stop reading until I finished it, that's how brilliant it is!

I really enjoy this story and put it in my favorites. Good work, I like how you showed the after affects of this episode and how the characters behavior impacted each other.

OK - This one is going STRAIGHT to my favorites!

I have read this story before on another site and was delighted to read it again. I hated the ending in Cogenitor and really disliked Archer and probably still do because of what he said and how he handled the whole situation. Your story is amazing because it is exactly how I hoped it would be handled. Its such a shame that the writers of Enterpise missed out on such a wonderful opportunity to expore the aftermath of Cogenitor and its effect on the Archer/Trip friendship. Thanks again for an amazing story.!

Great story, like the way you describe Trip, his big heart, always trying to help others no matter what the consequences.

ha! that was amazing! the cogenitor episode was one of the few ones I've seen and it left me feeling so angry at the captain, and I dunno I was like man if I were Trip...gr...and seeing as I don't watch Enterprise much I didn't know if they ever truly resolved that or what yah know? and gawd this story was so perfect! it totally...just wow. Everyone was so in character and the way you wrote was wonderful. I hope you write some other stories soon- I'll definately (gladly) read those too!

This story was absolutely amazing. I have seen the Cogenitor and this is a perfect match to that episode. The angst was well-written and well-defined. Your description of Trip's actions seem realistic. The actions of the crew were the same. It is not often I see a story written with this caliber. Your resolution was great. Jon seemed real in his anguish. To close, this was a positively marvelous story. One of my all-time favorites!

It's so hard to find good friendship fics between these two characters, which is why I was so glad when I stumbled into yours. _ I hope you'll write more regarding these two.
