Really good! I haven't watched Samurai Jack, but this made me want to check it out. It felt balanced and respectful to both fandoms, which is not something that every crossover fic accomplishes.

Good story.

So good. Been on a bit of a Buffy kick recently, reading and re-reading fanfiction as it's been a while . . . and damn. Samurai Jack was one of my favorite cartoons growing up. Not the top of the list (Dexter's Laboratory/Animaniacs), but damn close - so this wound up being pretty fucking spectacular.

Equal parts excellently done characterization and well written dialogue, without a doubt. Plus, reading this with the knowledge that sometime this year there will be a Samurai Jack revival/final season? A mixture of nostalgia and anticipation that made reading your story all the better, M. Scott Eiland.

That was cool - I *LOVE* Samurai Jack, and it was completely fun to see Xander hosing him for Halloween. Xander would make a great Jack.

This is awesome, but there is one thing that bothers me: you used a lot of hyphens in the place of dashes. A hyphen is short and is used for connecting words (such as numbers; seventy-five). The dash is longer, and is used to show interruption in thought. All you have to do is type two hyphens (but don't place a space before and after the words within the dashes, for it won't work) and the program will write it for you.

Sorry for being such a grammar-Nazi; your story is really good.

A great story. Loved it!

you know how, when your a kid, you get a lot of free time and end up seeing quite a lot of different shows if by chance or choosing? and how some of the stuff you never watched all of, but always enjoyed seeing the episodes, whichever episode they were?

buffy the vampire slayer was one of those for me, and so was Samurai Jack.

So for me, this story was such anawesom read, its like reliving the same old wonder you had as a kid when you first saw these shows on tv.

This is one of the best Halloween rewrites I've seen yet. It was very interesting to see the god who impowered the spell have an actual agenda.
