This appears to be teenage typical angst. Sorry, but is so far unrelated to the topic outside of Harry Potter and the Dursleys. Not really holding to an canon bits whatsoever. You had one peak at Hermione who couldn't recognize a friend of five years? Not believable.

the AN's in the middle have to go. Too much American style angst and this isn't written with any sort of british flare whatsoever. there's no irony and so far no humor and this is listed as a parody, which should be changed.

The A/N's in the middle is a bit annoying. I like the chapter but the hit and miss with Hermione was also a bit of a stretch.
