This is very good!

So here I was just looking though my favorites when I come across 𝘚𝘪𝘤𝘬 by Deaka. 𝘚𝘪𝘤𝘬 is a nice Luke/Mara fic that I found on tvtropes and happened to like. So I reread that and on a whim decide to look through Deaka's favorites because sometimes you can find strange or interesting (and new!) things in the favorites of people on this site. So after sorting them I scroll through a 𝘵𝘰𝘯 of Sherlock fics I have negative interest in reading looking for Star Wars. At the very bottom are two SW fics: this and 𝘚𝘵𝘶𝘧𝘧 by Gheorghe2. Since I have no interest in reading 𝘚𝘵𝘶𝘧𝘧 and was mildly intrigued by your description I opened this fic up.

And found a story such impressive characterization that I'm willing to read extensively about OCs and a very different AU from the EU (thus proving my claim that I'm willing to read SW stuff that deviates a lot if its good). Ben and Sasha are particular highlights and I would probably read a fic with them even if it had no familiar characters. Not to speak of Lieutenant Archimedes or Melody or Hal and whoever else.

Impressive mystery, like who is Padreic? is Ben Luke's son (Mr. has all Mara's features, looks like Luke when mad, is good with machinery, and has the Force)? if not what happened to Mara Ben? what happened to Leia? what has Anakin been doing? why wasn't Han with him? has Lando really given up on the rebellion?

Good suspense, I think you've done a good job getting across what it's like to live in a galaxy run by Palpatine, especially when you're opposed to his government. Disappearances, massacres, censorship, suppression of political thought, intimidation, and all that. All that suspenseful stuff, meshing well with the events of the story has created something of real excitement for me to read.

And I do want to find out what happens next as much as I want to find out what has already happened: to unravel the mystery of the situations all the OT characters have managed to get themselves into and the mystery of how they and the rest are going to get out, or if they do at all. (Also I really want to see what you can do with the Emperor-I love reading a good Emperor).

My only real complaint is that "Rage"/"Darth Rage" sounds dumb as hell-not as dumb as "Snoke" but pretty dumb-but as someone who's tried to come up with names for Sith Lords I can personally attest that it is not easy.

So 𝘍𝘶𝘤𝘬 episode 7-𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 is how you remix episode 4.

I hope to see more.

This is amazing! I love the characters old and new and this new story line you have set them in! Fantastic story and I desperately hope you will be able to finish it!

Great job with this. It's rare to see such awesomely well-defined characters in a bestselling book, let alone a fanfic. The story is a compelling mystery, and I hope you continue this business someday, because for the next while, this is going to be driving me nuts!

So, I'm guessing Padriac is Vader. Still unsure of Ben's relationship to Luke. Son?

It was nice to see the update. I have my suspicions on who Padreic is and how the red lightsabre found its way to Kenobi's hut ( probably wrong). I like the references to the Star Wars movies an the way that underneath it all is the history of how Luke came to be on the opposite side to the Rebellion which is only hinted at as you tell the present story.

I love all of these characters, I love the storyline, I love your writing style. I come back to reread this story every so often because its so great it won't leave my mind.

I was so excited when your new post came up. It felt like a present. I am excited to see how you will incorporate this new character. The feeling of hopelessness developed as I read through the first and second part of your story. I like "prince" Anakin. I was shocked that the light saber was a "crimson" color. Possibly Vaders? I love the quotes at the beginning! They kind of remind me of the quotes at the beginning of the chapters of Dune by Frank Herbert. Is that where you got the idea? Well anyway, I love them - it's interesting to see other points of view and it gives the reader a clue of what's going on (and what's happened in the padt) in the galaxy. So cool!
