I like this fic

I like it a lot, the whole concept is very good! But the Inu no Taisho was needlessly sentimental at some points. I get he is supposed to have this bigger understanding about love and relationships, but it didn't fit with the rest (my opinion). I'll definitely look into Ender's Game!

I like what you did. I think Sesshomaru has the ability to kill everybody he just chooses not to because he is bored and has nothing else to do. I also believe he has a whole bunch of hidden power deep, deep down he doesn't use because nobody is strong enough for him to actually use it and put in any effort. That's what I think but I like what you did where he is teaching Inu Yasha and it does seem like he is and he woulds probably make a pretty good teacher if you think about it. That's my opinion you can disagree and hate me and think I'm stupid I will totally understand. So I'll just leave.

WOW! I'm truly blown away by this one-shot! O.O This is the most faithfully IC Sesshomaru I've ever read about in fanfiction. I also truly enjoyed the concept of this story and I happen to believe the same thing about Sesshomaru and his relationship with Inuyasha. The dialogue in this one-shot was witty, humorous, and yet, the flow was immaculent (along with the whole flow of the story). The style that the fic was written in seemed to fit Sesshomaru and such a "character study" type piece. Amazing job, this is going onto my favorites, please keep up the good work and take care! :D

That was a pretty good take. With all of the fluff, or blind, stupid hatred-feeling fics with the main characters of the Inu-verse, it's rare to find a good, philosophical work. Definitely requires a pause for thought. Good job. I hope my fics, like "Why We Fight" can live up to the same.

Cool! You're going to add more to this, right? Please do. This is cool! It actually makes sense; this seems like it could have really happened in the series, and that's why Sesshomaru hates Inuyasha. Awesome!

Nice. You didn't make him all lovey-dovey and sweet, but gave a reason for an interesting sitaution in a believable light.

And, yes, Ender's Game is a great book. *glances around* I have to gloat now. We got to read it as an assigned book in 10th grade. I heard what we were reading and I started dancing. Right in the middle of the classroom. It was kind of embarrassing, but, oh well.

That was AWESOME. Great characterization, and it made perfect sense. I sort of agree with your idea about Sesshoumaru. He has a nasty temper and dislike of Inuyasha, but holy crap, enough is enough already...he could have killed him like a hundred times by now. Just who is he kidding? lol. I think that as the manga goes on, he's even starting to hate Inuyasha a little less, and I know the same goes for Inuyasha. *smiles* It's all quite sweet, actually.

I find myself debating this very idea fairly often. If Sesshoumaru really wanted Inuyasha dead he has had the chance to do it BUT in his first few appearances it looked like he was making pretty serious attempts to kill him and Inuyasha was only saved by injuring Sesshoumaru. The excuse that without the human arm Inuyasha ripped off Sessy couldn't handle Tessaiga is a good one but surely there could have been a work around. After Rin appears Sessy does change and stops seeming to want Inuyasha's death but was some of that already there?

I like the idea of Sessy really hating Inuyasha but being bound by a vow to their father. It smoothes over what otherwise seems to be inconsistant characterization. Seems to be because I'm thinking there is something we don't know that will be revealed eventually. Maybe even something like this.

How do I espress this? It was great! Sesshoumaru, such a wry old joker. Wonderful story! :D
